Vacation Rental Description

Be one of the first guests to stay in this newly renovated three 
bedroom home with kitchen and living room.  Bedrooms 
sleep eight.  Living room sleeps six.  All beds have new Serta sleeper 
mattresses.   
 
We are three miles from town, ATM's, gas, and restaurants. 
Snowmobile trails accessible.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, and 
cooking and dining utensils.   
Living Room has cable tv and three futon couches that convert to 
double beds for additional sleeping.    
One bedroom with two double beds and two bedrooms with a double bed.  
Washing Machine and Dryer available.  
Local phone service.  Calling card needed for long distance.  
Two bay attached garage.

Activities and Attractions

The Balsams Ski Wilderness is located 10 miles from property. 
Snowmobile trails are accessible and groomed daily.  
Excellent hunting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf course 
nearby.   
Motorcyclists are welcome.  Come enjoy Colebrook's annual blessing of 
the bikes every June.   
Recreation center in town offers an outdoor skating rink, playground, 
an indoor swimming pool, and space to rent for birthday parties etc.  
The local gym also offers an indoor pool in addition to a hot tub, 
sauna, exercise equipment, and tanning. 
Local lounges offer Karaoke night and live bands on the weekend.

           2 night minimum stay applies to weekend only. 
25% reservation deposit.  Deposits are refundable for cancellation if 
property can be rented for entire reservation. Price includes 8% tax. 
 No hidden costs.                        
Phone/Electric/Cable included.  
Cash, personal check, money order, and credit cards accepted.  Those 
paying in cash will need to send other form of payment for deposit.  
Personal checks and money orders need to clear before stay.
