a great room setting, fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom.
This is a condominium and there is no daily maid service.
No smoking inside the units and no pets allowed.

There is a pool and covered community BBQ area.
Nearby Lake June is great for fishing or water sports. Bring your
own boat and enjoy!! Only a mile
to the uptown Lake Placid area that is famous for its murals on many
of the buildings. And just a
short 12 mile drive to Sebring International Raceway, the home of the
American LeMans Series 12
Hours of Sebring car race.
Venture out on a day trip to Orlando (2 hours to the north) or the
Gulf Coast beaches (2 hours to the west) or the Atlantic Ocean (2
hours to the east). Great location in Central Florida!!
