Vacation Rental Description

Three Rivers Estates 
Three Bedroom - Two Bath - Split plan - Brand new in 2005. 
All paved roads lead to our 1662 square foot new split-plan home  
nestled on a heavily wooded one-acre lot with complete privacy.  No  
neighbors within a block allows you a one-on-one experience with  
nature.  Expect to see abundant wildlife and occasionally even deer  
wandering around.  High & dry, no-flood area. GPS coordinates:   
Latitude 29.94212, Longitude -82.82340. 
 
You will enjoy the large king-size master bedroom suite/bath with  
TV/VCR, oversized tub, separate shower, dual sinks, separate commode  
and walk-in closets.  The two guest bedrooms each have one double  
bed (sleeps two), walk-in closets, hall bath.  All bedrooms have  
rockers and reading lamps.  Large kitchen with island seating for  
four, open floor plan, large formal dining with table for six,  
completely furnished living room with TV-DVD/VCR, fireplace, indoor  
laundry.  Extra table with pamphlets, brochures and local maps to  
help guide you along.   
 
Three Rivers Estates has two private gated boat launch areas and  
several private parks with access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee  
Rivers and keys are provided.  Three rivers are within minutes of  
our home.  Ginnie Springs is 15 minutes away and Devil's Den is  
approximately 45 minutes away.  The south entrance to Ichetucknee  
Springs State Park is 5 minutes away.   
This is a popular area for diving, kayaking/canoeing or simply  
enjoying a relaxing float down the lazy, crystal clear rivers with  
springs bubbling all around.  Hunters will enjoy a new range nearby  
and fishermen will enjoy great fishing on all three rivers,  
especially the Suwannee River.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Dish network TVs, VCR/DVD, wireless high-speed internet, inside fireplace, full kitchen,  
microwave, dishwasher, refrgerator with ice maker, cooking utensils  
provided, linens provided, hairdryers, slow cooker, two Foreman grills,  
inside laundry room with washer/dryer, two charcoal grills (BBQ) outside,  
deck with two picnic tables and fireplace.  Firewood provided for outdoor  
fireplace, packaged sterno fire logs provided for inside fireplace.   
Wetsuit hanging area provided.  Plenty of parking for boats and  
trailers.  Sorry, no pets.  No smoking inside home.  Outside smoking  
deck area with commercial butt receptacle. We now offer high speed wireless 
DSL internet.  Wifi.

Activities and Attractions

Diving/snorkeling at nearby Ginnie Springs, Devil's Den and many  
other springs. Cave diving, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting for  
quail, turkey and deer.  Firing ranges with sporting clays. Wildlife  
viewing, horseback riding, shopping, antiquing, restaurants, live  
theater, swimming, floating down rivers, tubing, kayaking on three  
rivers.  Visit Mill Creek Farm Retirement Home for Horses and feed  
the horses.  Shopping and lunch at nearby High Springs and Alachua  
Historic Districts.

Vacation Rental Rates

Two-night minimum on daily rentals, Three night minimum on holidays. 
 
Daily rates:  Couples only special - master king-size suite/bath  
$145 per night. 
 
Maximum 6 people $200 per night 
 
Weekly rates:  Couples only special $700/week 
 
Maximun 6 people $900/week  WE ACCEPT VISA/MASTER CARD 
 
Call for monthly rates.  Add 9% sales tax to above rates; $200  
security deposit in separate check to be returned.  Cleaning fee is  
included in above rates.
