views from your back patio of the marina, the ship channel and the 
light house!  Nine of Port 'A's best restaurants and several 
nightlife venues are within a five minute stroll of your front door.

Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 
a jacuzzi tub in the master bath make this a premier vacation rental 
in Port Aransas.

Small dogs (up to 35#) allowed with prior approval,  Two dogs maximum 
with a $15/night/pet non-refundable fee.

Master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has two twins and the 
living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

Pool, hot tub, jacuzzi tub in master bath, cable television (2), 
ceiling fans, great views, washer/dryer

Wheelchair accessible with elevator.
