baths with bear,pinecone hand painted tiles. Large master with
french doors looking out into the other upstairs private deck.
Downstairs is a family room all pine with entertainment center. Two
bedrooms downstairs with bath and large deep jacuzzi tub. Laundry
room with front loader new washer and dryer downstairs. Surround
sound in the whole inside and outside decks. Antoher deck off the
family room. Three car garage so that entry in winter is easy as
there is a door from garage into home. All upstairs ceilings are
vaulted and pine. Very nice granite boulder fireplace upstairs with
Xtrodinaire brand gas fireplace with temp control and a large hearth
big enough for sitting. Also downstairs has woodstove with temp
control. All bedrooms have queen sized pillowtop mattress and down
blankets and pillows and freshly laundered duvet covers. Walls are
painted nice soft earthy colors and the kitchen has bright reds. The
sofa's upstairs are down and plush downstairs is a large leather
sofa. Very soft and a pretty burgundy red color. You will love this
beautiful home.

All clad stainless cookware and dishes are top of the line reidel
wine glasses and beautiful serving platters and bowls. Nothing is
missing in the kitchen as I use this house for my own and love to
cook!! Master bath has a bidet and a claw foot soaking tub also a
walk in shower. Two sinks and handhelds in the bathtub.
All bedding is high count and sheets either crisp cotton or flannel
depending on the weather. All beds have down blankets and pillows
and duvet covers. There is a nice wine cooler and an extra fridge in
the garage if needed. The refrigerator in the kitchen is built in
Viking. Gas stove with high btu performance. Convection oven and
broiler. 54" flat screen high def tv with surround sound cd player
and dvd player. TV downstairs with tv and cd player. Six person hot tub on downstairs deck.

Ten minutes to Northstar Resort and two min to Brockway golf. Across
the street is a walking trail that leads to the North Tahoe Regional
Park. In the winter it is groomed and there are dozens of cross
country ski trails within a quarter of a mile. In the summer it is a
wonderful walk thru the woods to the park. Minature Golf down the
street in Kings Beach and one in Carnelian Bay. Lake Tahoe boat ramp
down the street about one mile. Hiking, Biking Snowmobiles,
Parasailing just everything that you can or want to do in the winter
and summer months.
