DDD House - Unique & Warm Home - Excellent location in Las Vegas

Welcome to our Double Down Desert House in Las Vegas.
Our home is 2400 sq ft of open and social space that is warm, unique, full of
character. The home has been professionally and tastefully decorated with warm colors, dark wood east Indian import furnishings,
Persian rugs on the wood floors and wonderful art on the walls.
4 large bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms - sleeps 8 -10 comfortably
We are located approximately 3 miles West of the "Strip" in between
Flamingo Ave and Spring Mtn Blvd and tucked away in a quiet & secluded
cul-de-sac. We are minutes the Strip yet far enough away from
the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas to enjoy plenty of peace & quiet and plenty of privacy.  
Hard wood floors are throughout the main floors and
family room with thick shag carpet running throughout
the upstairs bedrooms and Master bedroom. There are 3 full
bathrooms and 4 bedrooms-each with new pillow-top queen size
beds. The 4th bedroom is located down stairs just off the rec/TV
room.
Everything in the home has been updated including
maple kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, down to the
travertine floors to the new doors and trim molding. All three bathroom
showers have either tumbled stone or tile as well as
travertine stone on the floors.
We're confident you will not find anything else like it in Las Vegas and,
of course, our excellent location and "hassle free" convenience
cannot be beat!

The large back yard and pool is secluded and private with mature trees for plenty
of shade and large enough for outside pool gatherings and BBQ's.
The Master bedroom double atrium doors open up to a large
14 X 22 foot awning covered deck that hovers over the patio down
below, it also has a partial view of the strip. And for those
sunny days on the deck you're easily able to roll out the awning to keep
you covered from the sun.
Excellent 42 inch plasma TV (with full digital cable and movie channels)
High speed WI-FI internet including a printer
Large formal dining room-seating for 8 comfortably and is lit by a unique
handmade Moroccan chandelier.
2 wood burning fireplaces
A private front courtyard.
An ideal Gas stove as well as all the necessary kitchen tools.
Surround sound stereo attached to the TV.
Full Cable TV and all movie channels in the mstr bdr as well.
Large table and chairs on the patio
Large gas grill barbecue on the patio
Many patio and lounge chairs around the pool.
Large utility room with washer and dryer and all soaps, dryer sheets.
Full size ironing board and iron
Attached 2-car garage with remote garage door opener.
If flying into McCarran airport a cab ride is approximately
$20 and 20 minutes away. Again, our location is unbeatable.

Grocery shopping is right around the corner as well as great
(recommended) restaurants and...some within walking distance.
Again, the Strip is 5-10 minutes away and easy access to all major
streets and shopping of all sorts.
Red Rock Canyon is a short drive away, sports, casinos, are all a
short drive with the easy access to the Double Down Desert house.

$175 per night, 2 night minimum MID-WEEK rental based on
number of guests (please check our availability calendar up top)
$200-300 per night, 2 night minimum WEEKEND rental based on number
of guests
$1000-$1350 per week based on number of guests
$3750 per month based upon number of guests
One half of total rental fee is due immediately to secure dates.
$125-150 cleaning fee is also required. $350-500 fully refundable
security deposit is returned within 7 days after your stay.
Remaining balance (2nd half)of rental fee is due 14 days prior to
your arrival or dates will be forfeited.
Rental dates must be canceled 30 days in advance to receive a
complete refund less a $100 handling fee. Any dates canceled less
than 30 days out will be charged a 50% fee unless property is rented
during those specific dates. Less than 14 days cancellation will
result in total loss of deposit unless property is rented during
those specific dates less a $100 handling fee.
