Located on the northern outskirts of Kihei town, away from the hubbub,
yet close enough for convenient shopping and dining.

Our deluxe unit has its own washer-dryer, cable TV, VCR, ceiling fans 
and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, water filter,

The rooftop garden has barbecues and picnic tables, so you can have a 
relaxing meal while enjoying the sunset and breathtaking views of the 
ocean, Maalaea Bay, the majestic slopes of Haleakala and nearby 
islands of Lana'i and Kaho'olawe.
 
Our condo is located near Maui's longest white sand beach, where you 
can dig your toes in the sand and walk the shore for miles. In the 
area is great swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, fishing, kayaking, 
sailing, surfing and bodysurfing.

Daily rates from April 1 to Dec 14 are:  $175/night for 2 people, 
$160/night for stays of 7 days or more.  $190/night for 4 people,
$175/night for stays of 7 days or more.

Daily rates from Dec 15 to Mar 31 are:  $190/night for 2 people, 
$185/night for stays of 7 days or more.  $215/night for 4 people,
$205/night for stays of 7 days or more.

4-day minimum stay at the condo 
Rates are nightly plus 11.42% Hawaii state taxes 
Additional Person: $10/night

Reservations

A deposit of $200 in U.S. funds is due within 7 days of your request 
to hold your room. 
We accept payment by check or money order in US funds only.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season, 45 days in 
high season. 
$50.00 cancellation charge on all confirmed bookings. 
No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival in low 
season, 45 days prior in high season, unless unit can be re-booked. 

DIRECTIONS: Book your flight to Kahului, Maui; map and directions 
will be sent upon receipt of payment.
