The rooftop garden has barbecues and picnic tables, so you can have a
relaxing meal while enjoying the sunset and breathtaking views of the
ocean, Maalaea Bay, the majestic slopes of Haleakala and nearby
islands of Lana'i and Kaho'olawe.

Our condo is located near Maui's longest white sand beach, where you
can dig your toes in the sand and walk the shore for miles. In the
area is great swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, fishing, kayaking,
sailing, surfing and bodysurfing.

$160/night for stays of 7 days or more. $190/night for 4 people,
$175/night for stays of 7 days or more.

Daily rates from Dec 15 to Mar 31 are: $210/night for 2 people,
$200/night for stays of 7 days or more. $230/night for 4 people,
$220/night for stays of 7 days or more.

4-day minimum stay
Rates are nightly plus 13.42% Hawaii state taxes
Additional Person: $10/night

Reservations

A deposit of $300 in U.S. funds is due within 7 days of your request
to hold your room.
We accept payment by check or money order in US funds only.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
$50.00 cancellation charge on all confirmed bookings.
No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival unless unit can be re-booked.

DIRECTIONS: Book your flight to Kahului, Maui; map and directions
will be sent upon receipt of payment.
