Vacation Rental Description

Oceanside 2 story condo/townhouse unit at the south end of Crescent 
Beach in St. Augustine.  The unit faces north and south with a brief 
view of the ocean from the master bedroom.  The ocean is only 100 
yards away, one of two heated pools and a tennis court is even 
closer.  The city of St. Augustine is only 15 minutes away, Daytona 
Beach and Jacksonville are about 45 minutes away.  The owner 
lives in the area, so the unit is always being improved and 
restocked.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

First floor:
  Living Room:  couch that folds out into queen size bed.  25" 
color  TV, VCR, "boom box" with CD player. Tile floor with area rug, 
new paint. 

  Dining Room:  table and six chairs.  Tile floor with area rug, new 
paint.  

  Kitchen:  new cabinets,countertop and appliances July '07, 
coffeemaker, blender, plenty of utensils, dishes, glassware, pots 
and pans.  

  Half bath with linen closet, full size washer and dryer, tiled 
  balcony with new patio furniture.

Second floor:
  Master bedroom:  king size bed, 19" color TV, ceiling fan, two  
  closets, carpet, new paint.

  Second bedroom:  twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, carpet, new paint.

  Full bath with tub and shower.  Linen closet with plenty of sheets
  and towels, bookcase with hardcover and paperback books.  For baby,
  there is a portable crib, highchair, and stroller.  

Activities and Attractions

On site activities include two heated pools, tennis, shuffleboard, 
parking for boats and of course, the beach!  Crescent Beach has 
wide, sandy beaches where driving, biking, picnicing, running, 
boating and playing are allowed.  

St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA has the historic fort, 
Castillo de San Marco.  Visit the Old Town of St. Augustine, the 
Alligator Farm, World Golf Village, St. Augustine Outlet Malls, the 
Monk's Vineyard and other great shopping and restaurants.

Winter 2008 (1/1/08 - 2/28/08): $745wk/2050mo
Spring 2008 (3/1/08 - 5/31/08):  $855wk/2355mo
Summer 2008 (6/1/08 - 8/31/08):  $920wk/3680mo
Fall 2008 (9/1/08 - 12/31/08):  $695wk/1910mo

Three day rates are available except from mid-June to the beginning 
of August.  Please contact the owner for a quote.

Credit cards accepted!  Rates do not include 9% tax and a $79.50 fee 
for cleaning.  A security fee of $250.00 will be collected to hold 
the reservation date.  $220.00 of this fee will be returned within 
30 days of departure.
