Beautiful totally renovated oceanside condo with a peek at the ocean from the master bedroom. This 2 story, non-smoking condo/townhouse is on Crescent Beach at Four Winds in St. Augustine just minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The condo has games and sand toys for the children and plenty of reading material for mom and dad! It is also baby friendly with a stroller, playpen and high chair. One small pet is allowed, please call or email owner to confirm. The owner lives in the area, so the unit is always being improved and restocked.

First floor:
Living Room: 32" flatscreen color TV, DVD, "boom box" with CD player. New couch, new swivel rocker chairs, tile floor and new paint.
Dining Room: new table and four chairs. Tile floor and new paint.
Kitchen: newer cabinets, countertop and appliances, coffeemaker, blender, plenty of utensils, dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
Half bath renovated in '08 with linen closet. Full size washer and dryer, tiled
balcony with newer patio furniture. Closet under the stairs has all kinds of items for sports and beach activities!
Second floor:
Master bedroom: renovated in '08, queen size bed, 32" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, two closets, new paint and flooring.
Second bedroom: renovated in '08, 2 full size beds, ceiling fan, closet, new paint and flooring.
Full bath with tub and shower.
Linen closet with plenty of sheets and towels, bookcase with hardcover and paperback books. For baby, there is a portable crib, highchair, and stroller.

On site activities include two heated pools, tennis, shuffleboard, and of course, the beach! Crescent Beach has wide, sandy beaches where you can drive, bike, run, or just relax or play in the sand!
St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA has the historic fort, Castillo de San Marco. Visit the Old Town of St. Augustine, the Alligator Farm, World Golf Village, St. Augustine Outlet Malls, and other great shopping and restaurants.
