Our beautiful villa is situated in the gated community of Town
center. Located 5 minutes from Interstate 4 and Highway 27 it is
easy to find and on the doorstep of Walt Disney World.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are Master suites both with en-
suite shower room and walk in closet. 2 further twin bedrooms with
closets share a full bathroom.
This makes the villa the ideal vacation spot for 2 families to
share.
The pool faces conservation area and has the benefit of sunshine all
day.
Within 5 minutes of the nearest supermarket and pharmacy and a
selection of dining facilities.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The villa is fully air-conditioned for both your comfort and
enjoyment, and has been equipped for your every need including High
Speed Internet access.
The open plan living area consists of Cable T.V. with DVD/VCR
player, fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and
utility area with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and
iron.
All bedrooms have benefit of Cable T.V. so just like being at home!
And even a Playstation2 for the kids.
Around the pool are sun loungers and chairs for you to take it easy
after a hard day at the parks.
Activities and Attractions
Local activities include: - Golf, swimming, fishing Hiking, Cycling,
air boat rides the list just goes on and on.
Local attractions
Walt Disney World is 10 minutes by car. All the major attractions in
Orlando are no more than 20 minutes drive by car.
Busch Gardens is 45 minutes by car.
Kennedy Space Center is 45 minutes by car.
There are also superb beaches no more than a 1-hour drive from the
villa.
If you prefer some retail therapy Florida Mall is a 40 minute drive
whilst Mall at Millennia is a 30 minute drive. Both malls have some
excellent stores for you to browse thru. There are several outlet
malls both on the US192 and International Drive that are a short
drive away
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates for 2007/2008 are per week and include all local taxes and
utilities.

Low season – December to March US$680
Mid Season – March to mid June, September to November US$780
High Season – mid June to August, Easter and Christmas US$950
Stays of less than 7 nights are available subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit of US$300 is payable on all bookings.
A US$250 Damage/Security deposit will be taken by Credit Card after
your arrival.
This is for any damage or loss of items that may arise. This will be
refunded after check-out.
