Vacation Rental Description

The Hotel...
The Ala Moana Hotel has over 1,100 rooms (including meeting rooms),
all of which are non-smoking. With 4 restaurants, a Polynesian
showroom, 2 bars, and the popular "Rumors" nightclub, you'll never
lack entertainment and eating options. 
The Room...
This deluxe hotel room has two double beds with an ocean view from
each bed, flat screen TV, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, iron,
hair dryer, alarm clock with i-pod dock, and much, much more. Internet
access is available from the room for a daily fee.
Our rate of $90 per night is almost half the price that local
residents pay. There was a recent, extensive renovation and condo-tel
conversion of the building. Over 90% of the rooms are in the rental
pool. The pool offers this ocean view room at a regular rate of $329
per night and a best available rate of $175 per night ($206 per night
after tax and resort fees). Save $$$ by renting directly from us instead!
The Location...
The Ala Moana Hotel is right across the street from Ala Moana Beach
Park - a 76 acre park with great beaches for children, a popular ocean
swimming lane, surfing spots, and about 3 miles of sidewalks for
jogging/walking. The hotel is attached to the Ala Moana Shopping
Center - the world's largest open air shopping center with over 280
shops, restaurants, night clubs, etc. Stores include Sears, Nordstrom,
Macy's, Neiman Marcus and many top names. Restaurants include a huge
food court, California Pizza Kitchen, Macaroni Grill, Mortons and many
more. With a quick 10 minute walk to the heart of the tourist center
of Waikiki and convenient location across the street from the
Convention Center, there is little to criticize about the location. It
is simply the best option for the visitor looking for easy proximity
to shopping venues, public transit, beach access, and the Convention
Center.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The hotel also features a salt-water swimming pool and sundeck, Sauna,
ice machine, coin-operated self-serve laundry, room service, wake-up
calls, and a tour desk. Parking is available for $12-15/day, with easy
access to taxi and local bus service. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate: $90/night + 11.96% Sales Tax
Hotel charges: $10/night and one-time $30 check-in fee, paid to the Hotel.
Cleaning: $80 one-time cleaning fee at checkout OR $40/night for maid
service.
$50 security fee, returned in 2 weeks if no damage.
Amount to owner may be paid by credit card (via Paypal) with a 3%
convenience fee.
Parking available at $12/night self, $15/night valet.
Weekly rate: $600 (to Owner),  Monthly rate:  $2,000  (to Owner), plus
hotel chgs
