Vacation Rental Description

Spacious one bedroom condo on first level overlooking the pool.   
Private air conditioned bedroom with queen size bed.  Fully equipped 
kitchen/living room combination with queen size sofa to accomodate 
two more people.  Located on Route one on the trolley line and less 
than a mile walk to the beach.  Downtown Ogunquit is right down the 
street with all its neat boutiques, ice cream shops and the best 
selection of restaurants you could ask for.  Ogunquit offers a 
beautiful white sandy beach stretching for miles.  The Marginal way 
is a wonderful walk along the rocky section of ocean offering 
picturesque views of the shoreline.  Perkins Cove with all its 
interesting shops is a short trolley ride away.  You will also find 
several choices of boat excursions leaving from Perkins Cove.  
Ogunquit also offers live summer theatre, movies, and art museums.  
Just next door to Ogunquit in the town of York you will find the 
York Wild Animal Kingdom and carnival rides for the kids.

Vacation Rental Rates

In-Season - June 28th to Sept 5th:    $1000.00per week
Off-Season- May 1st to May 30th:        700.00 per week
            May 31st to June 27th:      800.00 per week
            Sept 6th to Sept 19th:      800.00 per week
            Sept 20th to Nov 15th:      700.00 per week
            Winter Rental               550.00 per month
Also available for weekends or weekdays during off-season only for 
$100.00 per night with a three night minimum.
