yds from the turquoise water and sugar-white sand of the Gulf, is 
ideal for families (or several couples) who appreciate designer

Two (2) suites (each w/Queen bed) and a fun surfer-themed den 
(w/Queen sleeper sofa) occupy the 1st floor.
A top-of-the-line kitchen (table for six plus 2 bar stools) and 
the gracious living area, plus the laundry room and another bath
(Full) take up the 2nd floor.
The very private Master suite w/King bed, large closet and 
luxurious bath (jetted tub, separate tiled shower, private toilet) 
dominates the third floor. An adjacent Nemo-themed bunkroom is 
perfect for two little ones!  
Wide decks, complete w/rocking chairs, invite you to enjoy the 
spectacular sunsets and balmy breezes.  
"Lost Horizons," in its tucked-away location, is sure to delight 
you.  There are no streets to cross on your way to the beach nor 
stairs across the dunes . . . very easy access.  Bike trails allow you to explore this unique 
corner of NorthWest Florida.  [Seaside is 
only 2 1/2 miles away w/plenty of cute boutiques, galleries and 
restaurants.  An upscale Publix supermarket, 3 miles down the road, 
opened in 2004.] The pool and tennis court are two doors down.  
Bring clothes, tennis rackets and food - You're ready!!

Thanksgiving or Christmas week:  $1500  
Jan 1 '09 - Feb 28 '09:  $200/nt, $900/wk, $1900/month
Spring '09:  $275/nt, $1600/wk
Spring Break '09 (Mar 14-Apr 18):  $300/nt, $2000/wk 
3 night minimum, $150 cleaning fee and 11% tax will be added
Reservations for students or guests under 25 will not be honored.
