Wallenpaupack Lake Estates Chalet in Lake Wallenpaupack

Walk to the beach! Enjoy this four bedroom, two bath chalet located
in the Wallenpaupak Lake Estates Community in Lake Ariel, Wayne
County PA. WLE is the most desirable community in the lake region
and has lake access to Lake Wallenpaupack. The house is very
comfortable, you will feel right at home. Summer is beautiful in
the
Poconos and its only a 5 minute walk to Lake Wallenpaupack where you
can bring your own or rent a boat or jetskis or just dine on the
water.
We have two great outdoor pools and one indoor pool.
The house is 1,600 sq. ft. of clean comfortable living space. The
entire house is newly renovated with all new carpets, appliances,
furniture, etc. King size bed in master bedroom. One bedroom on
main
floor has bunk beds and the other has twin beds and full bath.
Lower
level bedroom has bunk beds, Family room and bathroom. There is a
BBQ grill and patio set on the deck. The kitchen has a diswasher
and
microwave and there is use of the laundry room. There are 3 tvs,
vcrs and dvd players with family cable. Please no Pets or Smoking.

Wallenpaupack Lake Estates has two great outdoor pools, kiddie pool
and snack bars. There is one indoor pool. There are two lakes with
beach areas, Deer Lake and Beaver Lake. Beaver lake is a very short
walk from the house.
Fishing, jetski, powerboat (only on big lake). Tennis, basketball
court, softball field, and skate park. Bike, hike, horseback
riding,
shopping and restaurants.
Winter is great for skiing and there are quite a few in the area
(Tanglewood, Camelback, Montage and Big Bear to name a few).

$550.00 weekends or any 3 days 2 nights.
$1,250.00 weekly rentals or any 7 days 6 nights.
$200.00 additional nights.
1/2 deposit required to hold reservation.
$250.00 Security Deposit (includes cleaning deposit of $150.00
refundable if house is left in clean condition).
PLEASE BE ADVISED SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF HOUSE IS
FREE OF ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING STAINS TO CARPETS OR FURNITURE.
PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING THIS HOME WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE NO
ONE IN THIER PARTY WILL DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY.
