Centrally located to all the major ski resorts, our home is
convenient and easily accessible from I-70, yet quiet and tucked
away in a small mountain neighborhood, surrounded by National
Forest. Our guests enjoy privacy, Lake Dillon & mountain views, sun
in a peaceful mountain home.

The large, open, floor plan works great for entertaining and
socializing. The family room with a TV, DVD, computer with access to
high speed internet is perfect for adults and childern

Off Season:                Sept 3 - Nov 18      $300/night or $1,500/week

Thanksgiving:            Nov 19 - Nov 26     $450/night (5 night minimum)

Early Winter Ski Season:   Nov 29 - Dec 22      $350/night or $1,800/week

Christmas Holiday:               Dec 23- Jan 1 2012        $750/night

2012 Rates

Mid Ski Season:                 Jan 02 - Feb 10        $2,700/week   Sat to Sat only

Ski Season:                      Feb 11 – March 30     $3,200/week   Sat to Sat only

Late Winter Ski Season:     March 31  - April 20   $350/night or $1,800/week

Spring Season:                  April 21 - June 08     $300/night or $1,800/week

Summer:                                   June 09 - August 31   $2,200/week Sat to Sat only

 ** 3 night minimums required during off season**

If the reservation is more than 4 months out, we require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $300 to hold the reservation. **If the reservation is made less than 2 months prior to arrival,  full payment including the damage deposit is due within 24 hours to secure your reservation. Future payments can be paid with  Visa, Mastercard or  check.  Checks should be made payable to Summit Vacation Homes.

Confirmation Letter

The confirmation letter reviews your rental information and outlines the payment options.  Sales tax of 5.775% will be added to the total rent. The $300.00 non-refundable reservation deposit will be credited to the total rent due.

Payment Schedule:

The total rent due is divided into two payments, payable 4 months and 2 months prior to arrival. The $300 damage deposit is due with the final rental payment.  Once all payments are received, the Final Confirmation Letter will be mailed to you reviewing payment history, directions to the house, access information, telephone number and any specific information you may have requested.    

Cancellations

The initial deposit of $300.00 is non-refundable.  Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will be refunded in full less the $ 300.00 deposit.  If a cancellation is made 60 days or less of arrival, all monies are forfeited, unless the home can be re-booked.  If the home can be re-booked, all monies will be returned, less the initial $300.00 deposit.

Damage Deposits

The damage deposit of $300.00 will be refunded to you within 15 days of your departure, providing you observe the  following policies.  A complete list of house rules and regulations will be posted in the rental home.

• Do Not Bring Pets.  Pets Are Not Allowed On The Premises At Any Time
• Observe The 4:00 PM Check In Time And The 10:00 AM Check Out Time
• Comply With The No Smoking Policy
• Do Not Exceed The Maximum Occupancy Of 12 (adults and children) In The Homes
• Provide Proper Care Of the Home And Its Furnishings
• Comply With The House Rules And Regulations That Are Posted In The Homes
• No House Parties
