watchtower, this fully renovated farmhouse is seated on a half acre 
of olive and cypress trees above Nice on a quiet residential hill.

system, local telephone, fully equipped kitchen,  large veranda 
overlooking garden. Large private swimming pool and garden, all teak 
garden furniture. Swing set and ping pong table. Parking for 4 cars.

Activities and Attractions

Area provides many outdoor and cultural activies including with many 
museams and galeries, including Matisse and Picasso museams. Several 
perched medieval viilages in the immediate area. Swiming, tennis, 
water skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, via ferrata, white water 
rafting, snorkell and scuba diving, sail and power boating.

June 23 - August 25 : 3810 Euros/wk

All other periods : 2500 Euros/wk
