With its three bedrooms and two and a half baths, it is a family's dream or a spacious couples 
getaway. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a master bathroom and a guest bathroom.  
The lower floor has a kitchen and small breakfast room.  There is a formal dining room. The living 
room is spacious and there is, also, a sitting room with a fireplace. Situated in a tranquil wooded 
setting directly connected to 24 miles of private trails, Deer Creek is a naturalist's and hiker's 
dream.

Deer Creek is newly furnished. The spacious home provides ample room for six guests. Deer Creek is 
truly a treat for any one who wants to escape into the peaceful woodlands without leaving numerous 
amenities.

Feature's within walking distance: Golf Course, Hiking Trails, Tennis Courts, Heated Pool, five 
lakes.
