Inside our duplex unit you will find.... 
Our 4 year old Duplex 1500 s. ft. of clean, open space including  
an oversized one car garage with laundry facility in the rear and  
a  screened tiled lanai 12x12  with furniture, accessed from the  
kitchen sliding glass door. The home was built to the most  
recent standards of Florida Building Codes. The unit for rent  
features two bedrooms both with walk-in closets. Two  
bathrooms, Dining area and a Living room. Comfortable quality  
furniture, central air, heat, ceiling fans, cable TVs with remotes,  
VCRs, stereos, clock radios, telephones, full modern kitchen w/  
refrigerator, stove, microwave w/ exhaust fan, coffee pot, pans,  
colorful dishes, complete utensils, firm comfortable mattresses  
on queen & full size beds, and sofa bed (full size), linens, towels  
and full necessities for two Bathrooms. Telephone Service (local  
calls only) and cable T.V. as well. City water and sewer. 
Washer and dryer are available for your convenience, located in  
the garage.  
You will quickly feel at home at Lear Rd., Englewood. We are

is approx. 70 miles south of Tampa and semi tropical, with  
temperatures averaging 10 degrees warmer. There are approx.  
9 miles of beautiful beaches, bicycle paths, secluded coves and  
the crystal clear turquoise waters.  
Englewood Beach is walking distance to shopping plazas, inexpensive  
restaurants, parks, and clubs. Minutes drive to Lemon Bay and  
Manasota Key. Our Duplex is nestled in a neighborhood of beautiful  
canal front single family homes.  
*Manasota Key less than 4 miles away. 
*Approx. 2 hours to Disney. 
*Approx. 1-1/2 hour to Sea World and Busch Gardens. 
*Some of the best weather in the state of Florida! 
*Aproximately 1 hour away from 4 major airports (Sarasota,  
Tampa,St.Petersburgh, Fort Meyers).

Refundable Security deposit: $350.00

Weekly Rentals: Payment in full 30 days prior to occupancy 
Monthly Rentals: Deposit upon after confirming reservation,  
Balance payment due 14 days prior to unit occupation

partially refundable if made 30 days prior to arrival date
