incorporated-jacuzzi, air-conditioning (rarely needed with the 
on-shore ocean breeze), new appliances, dinner service and champagne 
glasses for 
12 people.  Large barbeque area, brick patios, vintage wrought iron 
dining sets and love seats and romantic lanterns and evening lighing 
conducive to romantic evening meals "al fresco".  Beautiful, gardens 
and patios.  Electronically gated to ensure privacy and safety. 
This cheerful yellow and white house with it's white shutters, window 
boxes and Victorian gingerbread trim is a landmark at LaJolla 
shores.This house is immaculate and in mint condition.  The owner is a 
decorator and loves period decorating and gardening. 
This property is half a block to the entrance of the Beach and Tennis 
Club, one block to the best beach, LaJolla Shores Beach, one and a 
half block to Avenida de la Playa, home to the Sea Lodge Hotel and the 
finer restaurants, Piatti, Barbarellas, Ostaria Romantica.

freeways and most San Diego attractions. Learn to surf and kayak or  
snorkle and scuba diving- lesson given for all ages, half a block  
away at LaJolla Shores Beach. Airport is 14 minutes away.

Activities and Attractions

Can rent all equiptment for all beach sports, scuba, kayak, surfboards 
within a couple of blocks from house. Can arrange for tennis courts 
and pool use. For golfers, the Torrey Pines PGA is just minutes  
away.  Walkers and hikers can walk to Del Mar and the Torrey Pines  
State Park when the tide is out. Scripps Oceanic Institute is also  
walking distance.

May15-Sept 15 $4700. per week, $14,000. per month 
 
Sept 16- May 14 $2500. per week, $8,000. per month 
 
Holiday weeks $4,000. 
 
Utilities and $125. cleaning, transite tax if stay less than 1 month 
 
half of rent and security deposit to be paid in advance. 
JULY 4TH available. The LaJolla Shores Village comes alive for this  
special event.  Sit at the beach half a block away and ejoy the  
fireworks.  Special rate for July2-15 due to sudden cancellation.
