of Spring Lake and Sea Girt. A large back yard and lovely garden with
a patio set and grill.

This home has a lovely eat- in kitchen with all appliances,
spacious living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms furnished with 2
twin beds in 2 bedrooms and a king-sized bed in the remaining
bedroom. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. There is a full
bathroom and a half bath.
For your convenience, an enclosed outside shower and central
air are available.
During the summer months, beach and pool badges are available for
your enjoyment.

If you love a beautiful beach, a mile plus long boardwalk for walking
or biking, Victorian houses surrounded by eye-catching structures of
the Essex & Sussex and St. Catharine's Church, an idyllic atmosphere

Off Season Special Rate from Sept - May...low rate of $1250/month
plus utilities for the 8 months. Individual months at higher rate.
