miles North of Ithaca, via Route 89. 2 miles to Lucas Vineyards &
5.5 miles to Sheldrake Winery. Taughannock State Park is a short 4
mile drive.

Cottage has expansive front porch with rocking chairs. Property has
100 feet of lake front access with a private NEW dock and patio. Lovely
stream/water fall run through property.

Cottage has three bedrooms; 1st with a queen size bed, 2nd with a
full size bed and 3rd with a full size bottom bunk with a twin bed
on top. Two twin cots are available. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Indoor sun porch overlooks the Lake with beautiful sunrise views.
Open kitchen and living room has ample space.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster
and coffee maker. Trash bags & cleaning supplies will be
provided.
TV with DVD/VCR. No cable service.
Charcoal Grill.
Five fans.
Family Board Games/Movies/Books.
No phone land line. Strong Cell zone.
Parking for 3 vehicles on the property.

Renter to provide linens, towels, pillows.

Blankets/quilts provided by property owner.

Labor Day Week-$1500/week

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation;
the balance (also non-refundable) is due 3 weeks prior to the
reservation start date.
A $350 security deposit will also be due 3 weeks prior to the
reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of
departure pending no excessive cleaning or damages.
