private golf course/lake view!  Two car garage.  Relax and start 
living...play golf and tennis.  Less than 3 miles to the beach and 
fabulous Naples shopping and dining.

Full priviledges trasferrable to Stonebridge Country Club for a one 
time $200 fee for golf, tennis, health club and country club 
facilities. 

Applicable taxes are additional on the rental price. 

Large kitchen with dinette and built ins.  Formal dining area, great 
room and Master Bathroom with whirlpool tub.

This is a wonderful and secure gated community!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Coffee-maker, icemaker, full kitchen with all utensils and 
appliances.  Air conditioning and heating.  Ceiling fans 
throughout.  Entertainment center with stereo system.  Cable TV, 3 
TV's, VCR, clock radios, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer and 
outdoor patio grill!

Master bedroom with direct access to lanai and swimming pool.  
Second bedroom with two twin beds.  Study could be third bedroom.  
All linens provided.  Table and chairs on lanai.  Fully turn key
