Vacation Rental Description

Spacious, immaculate 1700 sq.ft.contemporary located in Camelot  
Forest,  This community has two lakes, one for swimming with a sand  
beach, life guard, playground and picnic area, horseshoes and volley  
ball. Second lake has tennis courts and is stocked with fish. 
 
Large living room with partially vaulted ceiling,stone fireplace with  
gas logs and dining area at one end.In fall or winter snuggle up in  
front of the fireplace after a relaxing dip in the secluded hot tub  
on the deck. In summer hang out on the side deck or in the enclosed porch and enjoy the wooded view  
and deer and wild turkey watching. Queen sofa bed in living room.There is an eat in kitchen with bay  
window overlooking pine trees and an adjacent laundry room. Master bedroom with queen bed and bath  
with large walk-in shower on first floor. Open stairway to 2nd floor. Two bedrooms on second floor,  
both with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Each bedroom has a double bed.  Bath with tub and  
shower.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer, dryer, dish washer, stove, refrigerator and miccrowave.  
Kitchen is extremely well equipped with blender, mixer, red and white  
wine glasses, rocks glasses, steak knives, silverware, dishes,  
casserole dishes, variety of pots and fry pans, plastic containers  
for storage, etc. 
 
There are three 27" Cable TV's, DVD and VCR player; stero with radio  
and CD player. Weber Charcoal grill and picnic table. Two decks, one  
with hot tub and red wood furniture.  Enclosed porch has wicker  
furniture and glass topped table. 
 
Alarm clocks in all bedrooms and hair dryer provided. 
 
Pictures and nice assessories throughout the house. 
 
Water in hot tub is changed after each rental

Activities and Attractions

Resturants, gas, groceries,etc.five minutes from house. Discount  
mall, antiques, paint ball, wild river rafting, Camelback water park,  
golf, miniature golf,movies,state parks,etc.  
Close to Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camel Back ski areas.
