Beach-close, one bedroom condo, in the beautiful Monarch Beach area
of Dana Point--just steps to Salt Creek Beach.
The condo is decorated with a light, bright, airy feel
(vaulted ceilings), overlooking a quiet greenbelt area. It has a
roomy bedroom with queen bed, full bath and two generous-sized
closets.
Double doors lead to the bedroom. There are glass sliding doors from
the living room and from the bedroom lead to the private deck with a
seating area and a gas grill.

with DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo player.
A queen bed, sofa sleeper, private laundry, a well-equipped kitchen.

Beach and a park, the condo complex includes a large pool, 2 spas
and picnic areas.

Swim, sunbathe, jog, read, or people-watch on beautiful Salt Creek
Beach.
Pack a picnic lunch, or walk a few minutes down the beach to the
famously romantic Ritz Carlton Resort with Spa and gourmet
restaurants, to the new St. Regis Hotel and Spa (this spa is rated
one of Fodor's top ten!) or just to the local Starbucks with outdoor
seating.
Gourmet grocery shopping is nearby as well as numerous restaurants,
golf courses, tennis and sailing.
It's ten minutes to lively Laguna Beach (home of the Laguna Culinary
Arts School -take a class!), or laid-back San Clemente with its
great beaches (and its surfing schools).
Laguna Beach has the world famous Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust
Festival and Festival of the Arts. Visitors often spend a day
browsing the many fine art galleries and unique shops in downtown
Laguna.
Nearby Dana Point Marina has shops, restaurants, harbor-side walking
paths as well as whale and dolphin-watching trips, deep sea fishing,
jet skiing, windsurfing and boat rentals. Or, catch the ferry to
Catalina Island.
Dana Point is home to the Ocean Institute, Festival of the Whales,
Tall Ships Festival and the Doheny Blues Festival.
For those who want to wander a little farther a-field---this
vacation condo is located midway between LA and San Diego. Within an
hour's drive: go north to Disneyland, the Getty Museum, and all that
LA has to offer...or go south to San Diego, including the famous
Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland and Torrey Pines Golf
Resort.
