"Seagrove Hilton" cozy quiet cottage close to the beach in Seaside

This house is the perfect location without the price. It is less than
a block from Seaside where you
can enjoy the live
outdoor music in the evenings and movies in the ampitheater on Friday
nights. Shopping, restaurants
and beach bars
are a stroll away. You never have to get in your car once you arrive!
You are also located 3 houses from the beach. The beaches are not
crowded and close enough to walk
along the sand
to seaside for a drink or lunch. This house has a pack N play and a
set of bunkbeds for children.
We have internet
access, cable and plenty of movies and games for the adults down to
toddlers. The address is 40

would like to look it up on a map.(the yahoo map do not display the locations correctly. We are 3
houses back form the beach this map shows the house it the opposite end of the street)Try mapquest.
the house is an old cottage style. It consists of 2 bedrooms. One
has a queen size bed with a walk
in closet. The
other bedroom has bunk beds with the lower bed a full size. There is
also a set of childrens bunk
beds in an ajoining
space. There is one bathroom.
We have a fenced yard, a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower downstairs
and a log cabin playhouse for
children.
The main area consists of an open area kitchen, den and dining area.
There is a large covered porch
allowing you to
see and hear the ocean from the house.
We have a fenced back yard for pet exercise.
Grocery store less than 1/2 mile. All linens and towels provided.

There are more activites close by than can even be mentioned but here
is a start....
located within a mile from a state park which offers canoeing for $10
a day, mountain bike riding or
hiking. Seaside is a very short walk away with plays, movies, and
live music offered in their outdoor
ampitheater. Resturants, bars and shops also in Seaside. Plenty of
sidewalks and public beach access
for strolls on the beach or in the neighborhoods. Bike rentals and
beach chair rentals available with
delivery and pickup. Fishing, snorkling adventures available within a
20 minute drive.
