ski resorts, this 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome 
sleeps up to 8 people. Walk to the light rail station just a couple 
of blocks away for downtown sightseeing and shopping, or walk to the 
movie theatre just around the corner.  There is also a variety of 
dining establishments within a short walk from your SLC home base. 
Single car garage and driveway allow for secure parking.  A small 
community of 12 townhomes, this location is perfect for your Salt 
Lake City getaway!

Peak season (November - February): $250/night; $1200/week
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King 
Jr. Day, Easter): $300/night; $1300/week
All other dates: $200/night; $1100/week

Minimum stay of 2 nights required.  50% deposit required to reserve dates, remaining 50% due 14 days 
prior to check-in + $150.00 refundable security deposit.  Security deposit to be refunded within 3 days 
of check-out if no damage.
