Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King
Jr. Day, Easter): $300/night; $1300/week
All other dates: $200/night; $1100/week

Minimum stay of 2 nights required. 50% deposit required to reserve dates, remaining 50% due 14 days
prior to check-in + $150.00 refundable security deposit. Security deposit to be refunded within 3 days
of check-out if no damage.
