between Bellevue Avenue and lower Thames.  The house is situated on

quiet, one-way street and is in close walking distance to two great  
playgrounds/parks(Morton and Kings Park).  The Ida Lewis Yacht Club  
is also just a short walking distance away.  Other nearby  
attractions  
include: the famous mansions of Bellevue Avenue, the Cliff Walk, the  
wharf area, the shops and restaurants in town, Ocean Drive, and  
beaches (Bailey’s, Hazard and Gooseberry beaches are just a little  
over one mile away).

June 2009: $3800 per month or $1750/week 
July 2009: $6500 per month or $2200/week 
August 2009: $6500 per month or $2200/week
