Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are seasonal, ranging from $3,800 to $4,600 per month. 
Lease and Security Deposit required.  Minimum rental is one month (30 days).  Discounts for lease  
periods of 3 months or longer and repeat guests.  Hawaii Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax  
of 11.962% is additional. Standard cleaning fee $157.  Secure parking for 2 vehicles included.
