Sunshine Cottage is charming, light-filled, fully furnished and
decorated. It has three bedrooms (Queen, Full, hi-riser daybed) two full baths and a split floor plan all on one floor. Enjoy patio dining in the privacy-fenced, landscaped, back yard, and watch your kids play.
It is a ten-minute ride to the beaches on Emerald Isle and one mile to historic Swansboro. Walk five minutes to tennis and basketball courts, soccer field, playground, nature trail, and town park. It is convenient to
local shopping, yet located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family
neighborhood.
It is 20 minutes to Jacksonville on Rt. 24. Thirty minutes from Newport.
Swansboro is on the intra-coastal waterway, minutes from the Crystal Coast. Pet friendly (max 2)with prior approval and $100 nonrefundable deposit. No smoking.
