It is a ten-minute ride to the beaches on Emerald Isle and one mile to historic Swansboro. Walk five minutes to tennis and basketball courts, soccer field, playground, nature trail, and town park. It is convenient to
local shopping, yet located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family
neighborhood.

It is 20 minutes to Jacksonville on Rt. 24.  Thirty minutes from Newport.

Swansboro is on the intra-coastal waterway, minutes from the Crystal Coast. Pet friendly (max 2)with prior approval and $100 nonrefundable deposit.  No smoking.

Fireplace, and skylights in living room, central air-conditioning,
garage, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, ample closet and storage
space, window seat in the kitchen/dining room. Cable TV.

Beach swimming and volleyball, kayaking, tennis, basketball, soccer,
