Beautiful, one of a kind 17th floor condominium with fabulous ocean
views. Enjoy creating memories of beautiful sunsets that are viewed
all year round from our spacious lanai.

Located directly on the beach our condo is a professionally
decorated two bedroom, two bath with a new upgraded kitchen,
bathrooms and new leather furniture with beautiful marble flooring
throughout.

The living room is beautifully decorated with new furniture and
entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo. The master
bedroom contains a Queen size bed and the guest room has two twin
beds. There are also to twin inflatable (electric pump built in)
beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Our view to the west is ocean and beach and to
the north is Tigertail Park with ocean beyond. There are no other
condo buildings to look at, just relaxing views. Located in the
South Seas Towers (4) at the north end of Marco Island's 5.5 mile
platinum sand beach, the complex offers a gated community, pool,
tennis, exercise room and boat docking.

Enjoy paradise on Marco.

Our condo is totally turnkey with all you need. We include all
linens and kitchen equipment, beach towels and beach chairs. Washer
and dryer are accessible on the same floor as the condo. Pool,
tennis, exercise and boatdocking all included within the gated
community.

Marco Island activities include all you can imagine. There
is shopping, movie theatres, fabulous restaurants and of course a
platinum sand beach to stroll on. The shelling is excellent on the
north end of the beach (which is near our condo)

For those that want to travel a short distance there is Naples to
the north and the Everglades to the south. Within 30 minutes
driving are airboat tours in the Everglades, shopping in Naples and
fantastic golf as well as activities on the island such as
parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals and bicycle/scooter
rentals.

Our condo facility includes a pool, exercise room, tennis courts and
boat docking.

Airports:
30 minutes to Naples; 45 minutes to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft.
Lauderdales; 2 hours to Miami; and 3 hours to Tampa.
