Welcome to Linda's Retreat on the Gulf Coast! We are located in a
private gated community surrounded by water. Located in the middle
of the narrowest part of the island,this vacation beach home faces
the Gulf of Mexico and offer breath taking unobstructed gulf side
views of the Gulf with it's miles of undeveloped white sandy beach.
Equally spectacular from the back of the house,is the tranquil
unobstructed view of the Santa Rosa Sound.
Located in Santa Rosa Villa Estate, our community provides a quiet,
comfortable and relaxing place to unwind; whether you are at the
pool, leisurely walking on the beach, sitting watching the sunset
over the ocean, or fishing from the pier. After a hard day at play,
come relax in our spacious house.
This friendly, relaxing home is fully tiled and has (3) brightly
decorated bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The Great Room, Dining Room combination allows everyone to be a part
of the action; even from the fully equipped Kitchen. These rooms
features a large wide screen T.V., soft leather couchs, dining room
with table that seats (4) and adjoining bar area which seats (4) all
overlooking the quiet, soothing view of the Sound.
The spacious Master Bedroom Suite offers a sitting area with a
elegant four post king size bed, and access to deck overlooking the
Sound. The master bathroom with its Jacuzzi style tub, granite
counter top, separate walk-in shower and flat screen T.V.; further
enhance the resort feel of this Master Suite!
The inviting First Guest Bedroom features two maple wall units that
houses(1)double murphy bed and (1)twin murphy bed. Each are very
comfortable and can be left down or put up,allowing for more space
when not in use.It has a full bathroom which includes a combination
tub/shower with a separate granite sink area.
The bright and airy Second Guest Bedroom with it's queen size bed
and (1) twin murphy bed reminds you of a beach cottage.It too,has
full bathroom with a combination tub/shower and a separate granite
sink area. Each guest bedroom has a flat screen T.V. and a great
view of the Gulf of Mexico!
Check-In:
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out
time is 10:00 AM, so that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No
refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please,
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!!!!. Your security deposit will be forfeited
and you will be charged additional for rug cleaning/ flea spray
treatment; if any evidence of pet(s) is/are established.

charged for payments by credit card
*11 1/2% sales tax will be added to all rental rates
*A $500 refundable security deposit is required to hold the dates
*Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property
Occupancy:
The total number of persons allowed in the home at anytime is
restricted to the number matually agreed upon and stated on the
rental contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited, if this
number is exceeded
Deposit:
A security deposit of $500 will be required at the time that the
reservation is made and should be sent with the signed contract to
the Owner.This can be paid by cash, bank money order,traveler's
check or cashier's check, American Express,Discover,Mastercard or
Visa.(3% charge if pay by credit card).This payment will be refunded
within 15 days of departure,
provided there is no damage or theft to the unit and all polices,
and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as
a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to
apply the deposit to offset expense of the repair.
Rent Payment:
Rental payment balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and
may be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order,cashier
check,Discover,Mastercharge,Visa and American Express(3% processing
fee will be charged to pay by credit card)
Refund:
If you cancel, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival
date to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you call to cancal
your reservations with less than 30 days prior to your arrival,
every effort will be made to re-rent the property. HOWEVER, IF WE
CANNOT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
Severe Weather:
In case of hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions, mandatory
evacuation may be required by the Island Emergency Management.
Accommodation refunds will be propated from the date that Emergency
Management requires you to evacuate from the island.Full refunds
will be made on those reservation that can not be honored due to
hurricanes.
