condo is beautifully furnished. The large kitchen contains a 6-chair  
large table + 2 chairs at the extended island. There is a large  
patio with 2 sliding door access (from kitchen and living room. 2  
TV's with cable service (livng room & 1 bedroom). The unit is on the  
second floor with a nice view. There is room for 3 cars (2 in the  
garage + 1 in the driveway). You will fall in love with this place.  
Location is everything and once you park your car, you cam walk to  
everything. You are a short block from the boards and the beach. You  
are right on Pine ave (where the fire works disply is set up on the  
beach every Friday evening).  
No Underage Drinking Permitted!! Underage groups must have an adult  
co-signer.
