Vacation Rental Description

2nd Season with "07 Low rate's this year !!!!

This home was completely renovated including the kitchen, new 
windows, and exterior. Very bright, clean, uncluttered home and in a 
very quiet neighborhood. In the morning sit on the front porch and 
watch the golfers get ready to hit one in from the 150 yard marker 
of the 10th hole then head to the beach. 

Nice back yard for the kids to play around after a nice day at the 
beach.

The home has a family room and a living room. The kitchen is eat-in 
and also has full dining room - You can seat 12 for dinner with both!

Downstairs has a full bathroom with a stall shower and a laundry 
room.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with all new furniture & beds - 2 queen 
bedrooms, and 2 with bunks(Upper 
bunk with lower full size bed 8" thick futons so that can actually 
sleep 3 in each room) = 10 total. Hall bath with tub.

This a non-smoking house. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

ALL new furniture throughout the whole house!!

Italian leather couches for the living room,  new wood 
tables and chairs for the dining room and Kitchen. Family room also 
has new leather couches and glass tables.

New Microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, full size washer & 
dryer, 32" & 27" TV's, and Brand new Central Air conditioning!!

Just added -- A new outside shower. All PVC with a deluge shower 
head - got to try it!

Activities and Attractions

Activities include the wonderful Brigantine beach, the public golf 
course, and of course we can not forget about Atlantic City just 10 
minutes away to Trump Marina, Borgata, and Harrah's.

If you have a 4x4 auto, go over to the township building and buy a 
beach permit. This allows you to drive right up to surf and put out 
your beach blanket or do some fishing. Make sure you know what tide it is !

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekend (Friday 4 pm to Sunday 1pm) rates $500 (Only available last 
minute in peak season if two adjoining weeks are not rented.)

Off Season $1000 per week.

Memorial Day weekend to June 15 $1200

June 16 to Labor day weekend weeks $1600
