Elizabeth's Memories – GULF FRONT - 4 BEDROOM 4 BATHS - Sleeps 10-12

Elizabeth's Memories is a GULF FRONT beach bungalow with 60' of 
MAGNIFICENT BEACHFRONT. This much beachfront for a single family 
home is a rare find in Panama City Beach. This wonderful older home 
is located in the central part of Panama City Beach close to many 
restaurants and activities. The one story open floor plan makes 
getting around easy, as there are no stairs to navigate.

The TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the main house are just off the 
dining area. This home is equipped with a FULL KITCHEN AND 
DISHWASHER for those times you would rather eat at home than go out. 
 There is a large Florida room off the livingroom where there is  
Queen sleeper sofa and a small table with 4 chairs. The large 
FLORIDA ROOM leads out to a huge patio where there is a table with 
seating for four and is just steps from the beach. The views from 
this home are spectacular.

There are another TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the adjoining 
building and each has their own private entrance and private 
bathroom. 

The GAS GRILL AND LARGE PATIO allow for great cookouts overlooking 
the beach. Relax and enjoy the view during the day or the breath-
taking evening sunsets.

If you are looking for a wonderful private home on an expansive 
stretch of beautiful beach, this is the home for you and your family.

For those who want their four legged family members to accompany 
them, Elizabeth's will consider small pets for a non-refundable fee.

4 day minimum rental during Fall,Winter & Spring Seasons.

1 week rental (Saturday - Saturday) during Spring Break and Summer 
Seasons.

Monthly Rates upon request. Rates are subject to change without 
notice.

Must be a minimum of 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or 
guardian to rent our homes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
