pristine 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo at Summerwind West is a gorgeous
beach-front unit situated on an island, giving you and your family
more privacy and seclusion, yet still having every convenience
imaginable.
Located in Navarre Beach, Florida, only 20 miles west of Destin, you
will be free from the crowds and traffic while being directly on the
beach overlooking the Gulf with a beachside swimming pool and
jacuzzi.
Our condo offers incredible panoramic views of the beach and ocean.
Our towering 11 foot ceilings (only on the 2nd and penthouse
floors-all other units have 9 foot ceilings) combine with huge
windows, ceiling height sliding glass doors, a large mirrored wall
and a wrap around balcony to afford you breathtaking scenery from just
about anywhere inside the condo. Imagine gazing at a sugar-white
beach and emerald green waters all day long!
This is a VERY large unit.... nearly 1,700 square feet. (1,400 sf
air-conditioned interior living area and almost 300sf of balcony). It
is tastefully decorated in a tropical "beachy" style.
Need to surf....the net? No problem. We have FREE wireless WIFI on our floor. We also have a computer desk in the living room with a flat screen monitor and a COMPAQ computer connected to a High-Speed Internet service (cable modem).
Sleeping accommodations could not be more complete! We have a
super-firm King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed in the 2nd
Bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. There is also a Queen
sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Of course, all rooms have there own
bathrooms as well as TV's and phones. in addition, all rooms have
either a DVD player or a VCR.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you can imagine for a long,
comfortable stay: Corian Countertops and breakfast bar, new side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice on the door; white cabinets with raised panel doors, White-on-White Frigidaire appliances,
self-cleaning oven, space saver microwave, dishwasher and disposal.
Have small children or babies? We do!..... and our condo is designed
with them in mind. Large FULL_SIZE crib in the Master Bedroom (not a pack-n-play), highchair in the
dining room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.
Need to do laundry? Our unit is equiped with a Full-size washer and
dryer.
Our Master bath is also beautiful and spacious. It features both a
large Marble Tub PLUS a standing glass surround shower. There is also
a double marble vanity with plenty of drawers.
