Vacation Rental Description

This condo has fantastic views of the lake and 14th green from the  
living room, kitchen and dining areas.  The screened lanai has table  
and chairs for outside dining over the lake.  This newer unit is  
designer decorated with tile in most areas.  It includes a large  
master bedroom with king sized bed, guest bedroom with queen sized  
bed, 2 full baths and a one-car garage with remote opener.    
There are 3 TV’s, a DVD, 2 bikes, washer and dryer, grill and hi-speeed 
internet access. 
   
 
 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club is located twenty minutes from  
beautiful downtown Sarasota.  Amenities include 5 heated swimming  
pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, and a beautiful  
clubhouse where you can enjoy excellent food.  You will also have  
access to the 18-hole championship golf course and aquatic driving  
range during the entire length of your stay.  Golf pros are  
available for private lessons and the fitness director provides  
personal training in addition to a variety of fitness classes.  

Activities and Attractions

In addition to golf, tennis and swimming, you can enjoy the  
beautiful beaches of Siesta and Long Boat Keys just minutes away.   
St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota offer unique shopping  
experiences.  Sarasota is also noted for an array of cultural  
activities, including art shows, theater productions, concerts and  
live entertainment.  Disney World and Epcot Center are just two  
hours away.

Membership transfer fee: $200.00.  This one time fee entitles two people to all Heritage Oaks  
amenities,including golf, tennis, driving range, fitness center, 5 pools and restaurant.
