Vacation Rental RatesMarch 1- May 22 $110/Daily $725/Weekly Monthly Negotiable May 23- September 2 $135/Daily $925/Weekly Monthly Negotiable September 3- October 31 $95/Daily $595/Weekly Monthly Negotiable November 1 - February 29 $79/Daily $485/Weekly Monthly Negotiable We accept Visa and Mastercard and checks. A $275 deposit is due within 5 days of booking; full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. There will be a $75 cleaning fee on all rentals less than one week. There is a 3 night minimum stay. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival. There will be a Full Refund of deposit for cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be returned after departure and inspection of the unit. Rates are subject to 11% sales tax. We accept money order, checks, and credit cards. No smoking, no pets, and singles under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent. Thank you and enjoy!!!
