size bed and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom features
a queen size bed and there is an additional full bathroom. The
family room features tile, a queen size sofa sleeper, TV,DVD,VCR,
X-Box station, and Free High Speed Internet access for your
convenience. You can walk to the direct beach access via Miramar
Beach Park. Enjoy the breath taking sunsets while dining at the

courses to choose from or you could just play miniature golf. Visit
the Destin Harbor and go on a deep sea fishing charter, dolphin
cruise, or sunset cruise. You can bike on the designated bike paths,
or try your luck at windsurfing. Destin has it all with your choice
of night-life and restaurants from casual to fine dining.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and checks. A $275 deposit is
due within 5 days of booking; full payment is due
14 days prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled and
deposit forfeited. There will be a $75 cleaning fee on all rentals less than
one week. There is a 3 night minimum stay. There will be no refunds
for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival. There will be
a Full Refund of deposit for cancellations more than 30 days prior
to arrival. The deposit will be returned after departure and
inspection of the unit. Rates are subject to 11% sales tax. We
accept money order, checks, and credit cards.
No smoking, no pets, and singles under the age of 25 must be
accompanied by a parent.
