Vacation Rental Description

Sleeps 10 adults comfortably. ( 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 4 
single beds, 1 queen size sleeping sofa, 1 crib, 3 bathrooms).

This Villa built by Lennar in January 2005 is conveniently located 
near I-4, US Route 27 and CR54, at the prestigious Hamlet West Haven 
community, just 10 minutes to the main gate of  Magic Kingdom, 15 - 
20 minutes to Universal Stadio, MGM, EPCOT, Sea World, Wet & Wild; 2 
minutes to dining, shopping and Champions Gate golf resorts and 25 
minutes to Orlando International Airport.  

This 1 level Villa is over 2000 sq. ft with 16-ft high cathedral 
ceiling and is luxuriously furnished to highest standard. It has two 
master suites, each with large ensuite bathroom. Two twin rooms 
share 
the third bathroom.
   
The living room has entertainment center with large Cable TV, DVD, 
VCR, Game cubes, CD players etc. Large, fully equipped kitchen has 
breakfast area. Dining room has a beautiful dining set. Utility room 
has washer, dryer, detergent, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner. 

The screened south facing pool and spa is blessed with Florida sun 
all day long, with large covered patio and patio furniture.

For your car there is a wide drive entrance to the property and a 
large double garage. 

The villa is licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety 
requirements.  The local management company is on call 24 hours 
every day, who will ensure that your stay is relaxed and trouble-
free.
