Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful condo is set in beautiful tropical gardens and  
overlooks the intercoastal waterway & is just a two minute walk to  
the beach.  
 
Midnight Cove, is a gated community and encompasses both gulf and  
bayside.  Guest have access to 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 BBQ area  
and the the Midnight Cove private section of the fabulous award  
winning Crescent Beach with its fine quartz sand. 
 
Chaises & umbrellas are available at no additional cost.Midnight Cove  
has recently been updated and the gardens are lush and beautifully  
maintained.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Owners have recently (November 2003) refurbished the condo.  New  
bedlinen, bedspreads, pillows, towels, crockery, glasses and cutlery. 
 
The kitchen is bursting with new small appliances along with  
fridge/freezer/icemaker, dishwasher, microware, cooker, & much more! 
 
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet and large  
ensuite bathroom TV & DVD. 
 
The Twin bedroom also has walk-in closet,TV & Sony Playstation 2/DVD. 
 
The lanai runs the full length of the property and overlooks the  
water. There is a dining section and a lounging section and access to  
the gardens. 
 
The Sitting Room is comfortably furnished with new sofas (one a Queen  
size sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/VCR surround sound, Doors leading to the  
Lanai. 
 
A Formal Dining Area has seating for 6. 
 
There is a separate laundry room with a Washer & a Dryer. 
 
All in all this condo is beautifully presented and very well equipped  
with everything you need for a relaxing stress-free vacation!

Activities and Attractions

Guests have access to 2 Pools (one bayside, one gulfside, 2 Tennis  
Courts (one floodlit), 2 BBQ/Picnic areas.  
 
The Management Company is onsite and can arrange fishing, bike hire &  
boathire for guests. 
 
Just a walk along Crescent Beach there is parasailing, jetski hire,  
motorboat hire, fishing etc. 
 
There are many many 1st class golf courses in the area and all are  
only a short drive away. 
 
The nearest shopping mall is less than 5 minutes drive away at  
Sarasota Square Mall,  Publix is a 2 minute drive and there are many  
top class restaurants all around the area....some within walking  
distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

16th December 2003 to 31st January 2008 = $1150 to 1200/week 
1st February 2004 to 30th April 2008 = $1400 to 1450/week 
1st May 2004 to 15the December 2008 = $900 to $950/week 
 
All Rates are PLUS 11% Florida taxes
