Vacation Rental Description

The Ultimate in Beach Front Living! This luxury midrise penthouse 
is actually, the entire top floor of a new 6 story building.  It 
boast fantastic 360 degree magnificent views - East,West,North and 
South of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as, the Intracoastal Waterway! 
There is approximately 4000 sq ft of interior space and additionally, 
five balconies off every major room.  An international interior 
designer was used for all construction phases and it is decorated to 
the highest standard. The Family Room includes a wet bar, full size 
billiard table and a large rear screen projection TV with a 96" wall 
screen. The Living Room's two seating arrangements are around a stone 
gas fire place and the beach view, where you will also find the game 
table. The  Dining Room table seats 8-12 people making it large 
enough to entertain your many guests.  The Gourmet Kitchen has top of 
the line appliances including two ovens - one electric and the other 
gas with convection capabilities, warming tray, 5 burner gas range, 
custom cabinetry, and three disposal. A breakfast nook easily allows 
for at least six people around the kitchen table and there are three 
bar stools.  The Master Bedroom overlooking the beach, has a TV and a 
separate private dressing room.  In the Master Bathroom pamper 
yourself with a steam sauna, a large dual headed shower with body 
sprays, or a relaxing jacuzzi, plus there is a dressing table, double 
sinks and a private toilet area. The Second Master Bedroom/Guest Room 
overlooks the Intracoastal and has a separate sitting room, TV and 
walk-in closet.  A separate toilet area, double sinks, jacuzzi and a 
separate shower are also found in the Second Master Bath Room. Also, 
overlooking the Intracoastal, the Third Bedroom easily accommodates 
two futons that become comfortable full size beds, TV and a desk.  
The large Fourth Bedroom two twin size beds and a trundle bed. They 
share a Third Bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet and 
shower area. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are designed to be closed 
off together making them a Third Suite. Additionally, there is a Fifth Bedroom 
which has a day bed. An attractive Powder Room makes up a total of 
3.5 bathrooms. State of the art surround sound can be enjoyed in the 
Family Room and Living Room.  An infrared stereo control system is 
throughout and everywhere is wired for cat 5 Internet service.  
Undercover is a Double Garage for two mid-size cars.  A full size Cabana 
provides extra storage for beach paraphernalia and toys, located downstairs 
by the Pool.  All these extras certainly make this the finest Condo on the 
Gulf Coast of Mexico for your enjoyment!   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beautiful blue water and white sand with lots of shells make walking 
this flat beach a true pleasure. A fantastic 38 foot heated swimming 
pool and jacuzzi are situated right on the beach with your own 
private beach-side cabana. Just across the street, is a lighted 
tennis court, great playground, covered picnic area, library, boat 
slips for rent and the town hall offering yoga classes.  The trolley bus 
stops near by to go up and down the beach.  Additional maid service 
is available.    

Activities and Attractions

SeaStar Penthouse is only 35 miles from the Tampa International 
Airport.  The town of Indian Shores, with its old Florida charm and 
newer luxury beach condominiums, is conveniently located right 
between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. Just 10 minutes 
drive south, is John's Pass has boats and jet ski rentals along with 
numerous other activities, restaurants and shops.  Busch Gardens in 
Tampa is a 45 minute drive to the east. The famous Dali Museum in St. 
Petersburg is a 30 minute drive. Orlando with Disney World, Universal 
Studios, Sea World is less than 2 hours away. You are within walking 
distance to The Pier, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, and Mini-Golf. Dine 
nearby at great restaurants, including across the street, The Salt 
Rock Grill consistantly rated Best Seafood Restaurant in Tampa Bay. 
  

Vacation Rental Rates

ONLY Rented Weekly if not rented 1 Month in Advance - $5000 for 1 Week.  Wait List is Available

2 Weeks $6500, 3 Weeks $8000, Monthly $10,000
20% Upcharge for Major Holiday Months(with Easter, Memorial Day, 
Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

ADDITIONALLY
Cleaning Fees - basic weekly $175 and/or Check Out $300 end of stay.

Security deposit depending on length of stay and number of occupants.

Sorry, REQUIRED by law unless rented for six months and a day,
Mandatory Occupancy Tax 12% (7% Florida Sales Tax and 5 % Tourist Tax)

Seasonal Rentals for two or more months considered for availability.
