Vacation Rental Description

We are renting a brand new environmentally friendly and contemporary 
luxury 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, townhouse on Capitol Hill.  It has 
three stories and has approximately 2400sqft of space.  The house 
has bamboo flooring throughout, a tankless hot water heater, eco 
windows and doors, contemporary bathrooms, kitchen, full sized 
Washer/Dryer. It contains old brick walls in the living room as well 
as two gas fireplaces, one in the living room and the other in the 
master bedroom. It features a gourmet kitchen w/slate flooring that 
is fully functioning; it contains a dishwasher, stove, disposal, 
refrigerator, dual sinks, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and an 
eat-in kitchen that seats 8 people.  The bathrooms contain 
marble/tile flooring. The master bedroom Sleeps 2 people in a queen 
bed, it also contains gym equipment, computer desk/computer, 
Jacuzzi, separate shower, and a fireplace.  2nd bedroom sleeps 4-5 
people and contains a twin over full bunk bed and a two person 
sleeper sofa.  3rd bedroom sleeps 2-3 people and contains a twin 
over full bunk bed.  4th bedroom sleeps 2 people and contains a full 
sized bed. The living room sleeps 2-3 people and 
has a 2 person futon, and two couches one which can be used to 
sleep, and an air mattress can be provided to sleep one other 
person to house 16 people if desired. The house has cable, phone, 
and wireless internet access. The exterior contains beautifully 
landscaped front yard with goldfish fountain. This is a quite SAFE 
neighborhood next to Catholic Nun housing (convent), and within 
blocks of many shops, stores, restaurants and the major highways. 
Within 1 mile of most all the museums, monuments, and the downtown 
area.  The house is 15min from the airport and 3 blocks from the 
metro. Gem on Capitol Hill, you must see to believe!
Property is also possibly for sale if interested.

The master bedroom also contains gym equipment, computer 
desk/computer,Jacuzzi, separate shower, fireplace. The house has 
cable, phone, wireless internet access, a full sized Washer/Dryer, 
and two gas fireplaces, and off street parking for one car, maybe 
available.

Activities and Attractions

The living room has a 32in LCD flat screen TV above the fireplace, 
also a DVD player, KARAOKE MACHINE and two full size ARCADE GAMES. 
Home also has books for reading, puzzles, and board games for 
playing.  This is truly your home away from home, enjoy it because 
you get what you pay for, and this is the place!

Vacation Rental Rates

January - February $355 per night
March - December $375 per night
Cherry Blossoms & Holidays $400 per night.

Rates are per night for 1-9 people and $25 extra per 
night for 10-14 people. Three night minimum charge for stays. 

40% Down payment at booking, and remaining balance due prior to 
arrival. 

Please Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without 
notice. House furnishings subject to change as well.
