The property is less than a half hour
from Bangor, Maine. Bangor has an international airport serviced by
many major airlines. Ellsworth is a half hour drive. Acadia National
Park and Bar Harbor are only 45 minutes away. Camden and
Downeast Maine are approximately a one hour drive. Portland is a 2½
hour drive; Boston is a 4 hour drive.

Green Lake is a very clean deep water lake with a maximum depth of
180 feet. It is one of Maine’s most prestigious lakes offering
excellent swimming and water sports. Boat and seadoo rentals
available from the two local public beaches. Fish include Lake Trout
(Togue), Salmon, Small Mouth Bass, Perch, and others. Green Lake is
over 7 miles long with plenty of area to explore by boat.

This year-round cottage offers a fully applianced kitchen, modern
bathroom with a washer and dryer. Tastefully decorated, well
maintained and fully furnished, this lakeside paradise is a
wonderful
vacation retreat for all to enjoy. The sandy beach provides great
opportunity for sunbathing, while the children have plenty of space
to frolic and swim.

Check in is 3PM and check out is 10AM.
Free use of Kyacks, canoe and peddle boat if booked prior to 4/1
Security Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required.

Payment: Security deposit and One-half of rental fee due within 10
days of reservation
(check only). Balance of rental fee due at least one
month
prior to arrival (check). There is a Maine occupancy tax of 7%
which is deducted from the security deposit.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis.

No smoking inside the house.
