First Week in November through Fourth Week in April = $1500/week or $300/night. Minimum two night stay.  Rentals including holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas. and New Years are $400/night.

First Week in May through Second Week in June = $1800/week or $350/night.  Minimum two night stay.

Third Week in June through Second Week in September = $2200/week OR $400/night.  Minimum three night stay.

Third Week in September through Fourth Week in October = $1800/week
or $350/night. Minimum two night stay.

Rental Week is Sunday at 4pm through Sunday at 11am
Rental Contract and Security Deposit Required
Rental contract mailed to renter and must be returned with $500
security deposit in order to reserve rental week. Security deposit 
voided at the end of the rental week upon visual inspection of
property by property manager.
