miles from the commercial outskirts of north Scottsdale. It is
located amidst the scenic rock outcroppings of Pinnacle Peak and the
McDowell Mountain Range, with elevated views of Scottsdale and
Phoenix to the West. In addition to the 36-hole Troon North Golf
Club, the community boasts a 4-acre park with tennis and basketball
courts. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, river rafting, and hot-air
balooning are a few of the many activities available nearby, as well

Peak season 12/24/08 to 4/10/09 -- $1,900
Value season 6/01/09 to 9/30/09 -- $1,000
Utilities are covered up to $250.00 per month
Non refundable $150 cleaning fee...weekly cleaning available at cost
Please, no smoking indoors, and no pets
50% deposit upfront - non-refundable 30 days prior to check-in
$250.00 damage/security deposit - returned after departure inspection
