Vacation Rental Description

A newly built luxurious six bedrooms, four and a half bathes Villa with a south pointing private  
heated pool located in the highly prestigious gated resort of Emerald Island, just 2.5 miles from  
Walt Disney World and minutes away from Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and other attractions. 
 
This brand new Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provides ample  
accommodation for up to 14 guests. The Villa boasts two Master bedroom suites each with king size  
bed, walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom. If you need to take care your business while  
vacationing, one of the Master bedroom has an executive office desk plus the wireless high speed  
internet to make your work easier. The bathroom in the ground floor Master bedroom has a shower and  
a country style corner bath.  
 
There are four additional bedrooms with one king and six twin beds. Two of the twin bedrooms are  
decorated with the young generation in mind. The third twin bedroom can be converted to a queen bed  
upon request. All rooms feature walk-in closets providing ample storage. The first family rooms in  
grond floor has a 50" HD plasma TV, DVD player, Direct TV (200+ program), and leather sectional  
sofa. The second family room in second floor has a 27" TV, VCR, cable, and a leather sectional sofa.  
There's also a sitting area downstairs.  
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with glass cook-top range, built in microwave and side-by-side  
refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in door. Just about everything that you could need to  
prepare a family feast or a small snack for the kids is at your disposal. Choose to eat in the  
formal dining area, which has a pass-through to the kitchen, or in the breakfast nook that looks out  
onto the pool. 
 
Our game room equipped with a 4.5' by 9' pool table, a foosball table and a full size air hockey  
table. 
 
Emerald Island Resort 
 
Emerald Island Resort is a secure, private, manned-gated community situated within hundreds of acres  
of protected woodland and wetland. The community consists of a multitude of spacious, executive  
holiday homes, utilizing a communal clubhouse with many amenities on offer to guests. Set in a  
picturesque and tranquil landscape, it's the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the theme  
parks. Although it's a very quiet, peaceful area, the hussle and bussle of Disney is only 2.5  
miles away, making Emerald Island the closest resort to the Disney parks. 
 
The Grounds 
 
The stunning surrounding area includes numerous lakes containing a variety of local wildlife such as  
otters and tortoises. There are dedicated pathways throughout the woods for those who enjoy getting  
closer to nature, plus picnic and barbecue areas. The main entrance road is lined with palm trees,  
and you'll pass fountains and water features as you enter the community.  
 
The Clubhouse 
 
The clubhouse is located near the main gate of the resort. It has its own heated pool, plus a sauna,  
games room, tennis courts, volleyball, gymnasium, internet café and club lounge. There is an  
information centre available at the reception where you'll find helpful advice on activities such as  
catching the shuttle-bus to the Disney parks.

We will discount three and four week stays.  
 
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out 10am. This is to allow for cleaning. We are happy to offer a late  
check out at no charge if we do not have a check-in the day of your departure. 
 
For less than 5 day's stay there is a cleaning fee of $120. 
 
Extra Maid service $120/day
