Vacation Rental Description

Our condominium is the perfect spot for your Big Island vacation.  It 
is clean, quiet, and spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on 
the first floor, plus there's a loft with twin beds, shower, vaulted 
ceilings, and skylights.  The kitchen comes completely equipped with 
table settings, microwave, toaster, blender [think fresh fruit 
daiquiries] and a coffeepot and electric grinder so you can enjoy 
Kona's World-Famous Coffee.  You will have everything needed to cook 
up your fresh catch of the day on your own private lanai that comes 
with its own gas BBQ!  We provide all the comforts of home including 
a washer and dryer, two Cable TVs, DVD and CD player.  We even supply 
the cooler, beach towels and chairs, and boogie boards!
Players, and a CD Player with Hawaiian CD's.  We even supply the

Our complex is known for its tranquil tropical setting with cool 
ocean breezes, swaying palms and the occasional whale breaching in 
the deep blue pacific.  There are numerous beaches with crystal clear 
waters teeming with abundant tropical fish for snorkelers and divers 
within a short drive.
        
If you are not interested in cooking or simply looking for a change, 
enjoy lunch or dinner at Drysdales II - an open air restaurant 
located just minutes away in the Keauhou Shopping Center, along with 
a great Thai Restaurant, Cinemas, Grocery Store, Post Office, Teller 
Machine, Clothing Stores and an Ice Cream Parlor that serves Kona's 
great coffee and ice cream.
        
Keauhou Punahele is located on the Kona Coast just six miles south 
of "downtown" Kailua-Kona and overlooking the world class golf 
courses of Kona Country Club.  Sit on your lanai and enjoy the 
gorgeous sunsets and the lights of Kona up and down the coast!

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 - November 15: $175/Daily; $1120/Weekly; $3,900/Monthly

November 16 - April 30: $200/Daily; $1330/Weekly; $4200/Monthly

Please add Hawaii State Tax of 11.42% and a cleaning fee of $150.00 
except for stays of two weeks or longer.  We accept personal checks 
and Visa/Mastercard.
