Just 2 short blocks from the beach with public restrooms and
Pompano Joe's (a local favorite!) .This condo features an open
floor plan, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
There are two master bedrooms. One has two double beds, and
the other has a king size bed with a sitting area featuring a
leather sectional and a screened in porch. The kitchen has a
breakfast bar (seats 6). Dining room seats 6 and overlooks greatroom.
The greatroom has comfy leather furnishings, a large TV with
surround sound system and CD/DVD player and a screened in
porch. Each bedroom also has a TV with DVD player for your
use.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and for extra
sleeping, there is a queen size aero bed.

There is a community pool with lounge chairs and covered
eating area. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach floats,4 bikes, coolers and a grill for your convenience.

Just 2 short blocks from the beach where jetskis or parasailing
trips are offered. Near San Destin Shopping Outlets and within 3
miles of area golf courses. Just by Jog and Walking trail that
runs almost the whole stretch of Miramar Beach.

Rates:
Fall/Winter 2009 (Jan 1, 2009-Feb 28, 2009) $750 plus $100 cleaning fee
Spring/Summer 2009 (Mar 1, 2009-Oct 3, 2009) $950 plus $100 cleaning fee
Fall/Winter 2009-2010(Oct 4, 2009-Feb 27 2010) $850 plus $100 cleaning fee
Will consider group under age 25.
We rent on a weekly basis Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 10 am,
exceptions can be made according to availability and owner
discretion. Special arrangements can be made depending
on circumstances and availability but are not guaranteed.
If daily rental is available, it runs $200 per night. $200 Security Deposit required at time of booking. Check is held and returned to you upon inspection of the rental. Half of rental fee is due at booking. Final payment in full is due
30 days prior to your stay.
