vacation rental description
Just 2 short blocks from the beach with public restrooms and
Pompano Joe's (a local favorite!) .This condo features an open
floor plan, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
There are two spacious master bedrooms. One has two double beds, and
the other has a king size bed with a sitting area featuring a
leather sectional and a screened in porch that overlooks pool area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar (seats 3). Dining room seats 6 and overlooks greatroom. Hardwood floors upstairs. Queen or twin aero bed.
The greatroom has comfy leather furnishings, a large TV with
surround sound system and CD/DVD player and a screened in
porch. Each bedroom also has a TV with DVD player for your
use.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and for extra
sleeping, there is a queen size aero bed.

January 19, 2013-August 17, 2013-$975.00 plus $100 cleaning fee (excluding Holiday weekends)
Late Summer 2013 Aug 17, 2013-Oct 5, 2013-$675.00 plus $100 cleaning fee (excluding Holiday Weekends)
$200 nightly: 4 night minimum for nightly rentals! (excluding Holiday weekends)
Will consider group under age 25.
We rent on a weekly basis Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 10 am,
exceptions can be made according to availability and owner
discretion. Special arrangements can be made depending
on circumstances and availability but are not guaranteed.
If daily rental is available, it runs $200 per night. $200 Security Deposit required at time of booking. Check is held and returned to you upon inspection of the rental. Half of rental fee is due at booking. Final payment in full is due
60 days prior to your stay.
