Ground floor ocean front unit on the Alamitos Bay Peninsula with 
spanish pavers as floor tile in living rooom ,dining area and 
kitchen. Fireplace serves living room and sunken den. Den has large 
built-in upholstered seating area which can also serve as sleeping 
bunk for small children.
Kitchen has built in wine cooler, double dish washer and built in 
electric jenn-air grill. Master bedroom has 4 poster king size bed 
with adjoining master bathroom. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has side yard patio with hot tub and cedar deck with perimiter 
seating and barbeque area. Small front patio has table, chairs and 
propane barbeque. Two separate enclosed garages; one has back door 
allowing access to side yard patio and side entrance.

Activities and Attractions

swimming, snorkeling, boating, kite and sail-boardig. One block from 
Alamitos Bay Yacht Club.  Close to Belmont Shore shopping area. Long 
Beach Pike area fifteen minutes away has Aquarium, theaters, 
restaurants, and Shopping Mall.
